1How can I book an appointment?
Book online by choosing the service, doctor, day and time, or contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
2What is the examination fee?
The examination fee is EGP 400 including currently applicable taxes; some services may differ.
3What are the working hours?
Daily 7 PM – 11 PM, Thursday 4 PM – 9 PM. Customer service is available 24/7.
4Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 1 hour before your appointment from the Manage Booking page using your reference and a verification code.
5Is same-day booking available?
Yes, if a slot is available on the same day.
6Are there other branches?
The center currently has one branch only, in 6th of October City.
7What if I arrive late?
If you arrive after your scheduled time, you may have to wait until the current examination is completed.
