Booking
Appointments can be booked within the published booking window; same-day booking is available when a slot is free.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 1 hour before the appointment via the Manage Booking page.
Rescheduling
Appointments can only be moved to available slots.
Late arrival
If you arrive after your scheduled time, you may have to wait until the current examination is completed.
Refunds
For eligible cancellations or clinic-side cancellations, online payments are refunded to the original payment method.
